Quick capture: notes and reminders
The spark icon next to the bell opens a drawer that is yours alone. It is not BeeBo, not a project Jot, not a meeting note, and not visible to the rest of the studio.
Open it
Click the spark, or press Cmd+J / Ctrl+J from anywhere.
Notes
Type at the top and save a note as a card. Expand for a full-screen editor with bold, italic, headings, and lists. Click a card to edit; use the menu to delete. Full lists live at /notes.
Reminders
Type in “Remind me to…”, adjust the due time (defaults to one hour from now), and press Set or Enter. Upcoming shows immediately. Check items off; they collapse into Completed. Full lists live at /reminders.
Home shows up to five notes and five reminders in a strip under the sprint column. View all opens the full lists. For design thinking that belongs on the job, use Jot on the project's Studio tab. For live firm data and Confirm-gated changes, use BeeBo.
