FAQ

What counts toward the seat cap?
Active Admins, Managers, and Contributors. External users do not consume seats.
Can contributors create their own tasks?
Yes — custom tasks on a project, assigned to themselves. Managers can assign anyone.
Do drawing tasks need an approved review before Done?
Yes for drawing-linked tasks. Custom tasks can move to Done without that gate.
Who can download Excel reports?
Contributors download their own member report. Managers and Admins can run member and project portfolio reports.
Is payment live yet?
Razorpay checkout is used when keys are configured. Local/demo environments without Razorpay keys still use the pilot payment stub and apply plans and seat caps immediately.
Who owns our firm data?
Your firm. See the Privacy Policy for how pilot data is handled.
