FAQ
- What counts toward the seat cap?
- Active Admins, Managers, and Contributors. External users do not consume seats.
- Can contributors create their own tasks?
- Yes — custom tasks on a project, assigned to themselves. Managers can assign anyone.
- Do drawing tasks need an approved review before Done?
- Yes for drawing-linked tasks. Custom tasks can move to Done without that gate.
- Who can download Excel reports?
- Contributors download their own member report. Managers and Admins can run member and project portfolio reports.
- Is payment live yet?
- Razorpay checkout is used when keys are configured. Local/demo environments without Razorpay keys still use the pilot payment stub and apply plans and seat caps immediately.
