Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beech provides a 30-day trial and does not charge payment at trial signup. The first payment is collected only when a paid renewal or paid upgrade is completed.

Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing interval (monthly or annual). Successful renewal extends the paid period from the current expiry date when the subscription is still active.

To cancel the main Beech plan, email [email protected] from an Admin account.

Vault storage add-ons and BeeBo credit pack add-ons can be cancelled through Firm settings when those controls are available in your workspace. Add-on cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid add-on period.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your paid access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, unused seats, unused storage, or unused included credits.

Paid upgrades are charged at the listed full interval price at checkout. Upgrade fees are not prorated unless we explicitly state otherwise during checkout.

Except where required by law, Beech fees are non-refundable. We may approve refunds in these limited cases:

• duplicate payment for the same billing event
• payment captured after confirmed cancellation before renewal date
• proven billing amount error caused by our systems

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method, subject to banking and provider timelines.

Included BeeBo credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Purchased BeeBo pack credits roll over per product behavior but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prices are currently shown in INR and treated as inclusive of applicable taxes unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
