Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Pilot program

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Beech, a drawing and project operations platform for architecture firms. By creating an account or using Beech during our pilot program, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your firm.

Pilot service

Beech is offered as a pilot SaaS product. Features, pricing, uptime targets, and support levels may change as we iterate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active firms of material changes.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pilot. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited users comply with these Terms.

Firm Admins control team membership, roles, and seat usage within plan limits. Do not share accounts or circumvent seat caps.

Your data

You retain ownership of firm content uploaded or created in Beech — projects, drawings, documents, and related metadata. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights to upload content and that its use in Beech does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service without permission
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to other firms' data
  • Use Beech for unlawful purposes or to harass others
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written agreement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to other customers or infrastructure.

Plans, billing & seats

Plans (Starter, Growth, Firm) differ by seat cap, not by feature access. Billing terms shown at signup apply to your firm. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated during the pilot.

You may cancel by contacting us. Upon termination, we will handle firm data per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beech and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delays, arising from use of the pilot service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to fees paid by your firm in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beech from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If you disagree with changes, stop using the service and contact us to close your account.

Either party may terminate pilot participation. Provisions that by nature should survive (data ownership, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
