Beech is project and drawing management software built specifically for architecture firms. It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and disconnected tools with one organised workspace where drawings, tasks, vendors, and team communication live together.
Every drawing gets a unique number, a lifecycle, an owner, and an approval chain — not just a row in a spreadsheet.
Drawings, tasks, vendor requests, and reviews are all linked. Blocking one item surfaces the impact downstream automatically.
Admins see every project. Managers and Contributors see only projects they belong to. Nobody sees what they don't need.
Run weekly or multi-week sprints firm-wide, per project, or per team. Complete the sprint when it ends; unfinished work stays in Available work.
Track every structural, MEP, or consultant request with chase notes, status history, and stale-follow-up alerts.

How Beech is organised
Everything in Beech belongs to a Firm — your studio's isolated workspace. Within a firm:
- Projects hold all the work for one client engagement.
- Drawings are the atomic unit — each has a number, status, assignee, and approval chain.
- Tasks are linked to drawings (one each) or standalone general tasks.
- Sprints are planning windows that pull tasks from projects into a timed work period.
- Vendors are external consultants your firm coordinates with across projects.
What you won't find here
Beech does not replace AutoCAD, Revit, or any drawing creation software. It manages the lifecycle of drawings produced in those tools — assignment, review, approval, and delivery. Think of it as the operations layer that sits alongside your design tools.
