Activity Feed

Last updated: 8 Sep 2026

The Activity feed shows a chronological record of recent changes across the firm — task status moves, vendor communications, and review decisions.

Accessing the feed

Go to More → Activity. The feed covers the last 90 days by default. The default view on opening shows This week's activity.

What appears in the feed

  • Task status changes (moved to Blocked, On Hold, Done, etc.)
  • Vendor chase notes and status changes
  • Review decisions (approved, revision requested, rejected)

Each entry shows the event description, reference number, project, who made the change, and when. Blocked and On Hold events are visually emphasised with a colored left border so they stand out in the feed.

Filtering the feed

Filter by project, event type (Tasks / Vendors / Reviews), and date range (Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Last 30 days, Last 90 days). All filters update instantly without page reload. A search box filters by event title or project name.

Item activity on the task panel

Open any task detail panel and use the Activity tab to see status history and related events for that item. Vendor request detail also has an activity timeline. The firm-wide Activity page (More → Activity) is a separate chronological feed across projects you can access — it is not opened via a “View activity for this item” deep link from every drawing row.

Role scoping

Admins see firm-wide activity. Managers and Contributors see activity for projects they belong to.
