Beech is a single product with all features on every plan. Plans differ by the number of team members (seats) and active projects, not by feature access.

Seat count = active Admin + Manager + Contributor users. Active projects = non-archived projects. Archiving a project frees a slot immediately. Vault capacity is pooled across the firm — see Vault. Need more than Business? Contact support for a custom arrangement — there is no separate Enterprise checkout SKU.
Free trial
Every new firm gets a 30-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start. After the trial, renew from Firm settings → Billing. The first 25 firms lock in launch pricing as early adopters and can complete checkout in-app; later firms contact support to subscribe or renew.
Billing period
Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing reduces the effective monthly cost — the savings in rupees is shown clearly on the pricing page.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Firm settings → Billing. Your current plan, seat cap, seat usage, active project count, project cap, renewal date, and remaining time in your billing period are shown clearly. When a Vault add-on is active, Vault next charge appears next to Beech renews. Renew or upgrade your plan from this page (Admin only).
Vault storage add-ons
Extra Vault capacity is sold as monthly add-ons (500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, or 5 TB) — one SKU at a time. Buy or manage them from Firm settings → Vault. The first payment is prorated to your Beech billing day; after that the full monthly amount renews on that day. Capacity unlocks only after payment confirms. Details and prices are in Vault.
Expired plans
If your plan expires, the app redirects to a renewal page. Settings remains accessible so you can renew. Contact support if you need to extend your access during a renewal issue.
Payment
Early-adopter firms pay through Razorpay when they subscribe, renew, or buy Vault/BeeBo packs from Firm settings. GST applies as per government regulations; receipts come from Razorpay after each payment. If self-serve billing is not available for your firm yet, open a Help Centre ticket (Billing) or email support — Managers can view Billing but only Admins renew or upgrade.
