BeeBo is the firm AI agent for live project data and Confirm-gated changes. It is not the same as Beech Assistant in Help Centre (product how-tos and support tickets).

Lookups (reads)
Ask BeeBo about projects, drawings, tasks, reviews, vendors, sprints, Vault files, hours, billing summary, activity, briefings, and report links. Answers are scoped to what your role can already see in the app. BeeBo can also search this user guide for how-to answers.
Confirm-gated actions (writes)
BeeBo never silently changes firm data. When you ask it to do something, it proposes a plan card. Review the steps, then tap Confirm or Deny. Typed “yes” in chat is not enough — you must use the card.
Typical Confirm actions include: move or assign tasks, create drawings/tasks/projects, update project members, log or delete time, request reviews, create or update vendor requests, create/add/remove/delete sprints, create notes and reminders, send or delete chat messages, open a support ticket, archive a project, convert site-visit points to tasks, and dispatch a status report when integrations allow.
Credits and packs
BeeBo usage draws on firm credits for the current period. Credits track AI cost (longer replies use more than short prompts). Firm settings → BeeBo (under Plan) shows usage and optional monthly credit-pack subscriptions. Admins subscribe and cancel packs; Managers can view usage. Included credits reset each billing period; purchased pack credits roll over until used. When credits run out, lookups and Confirm plans that need BeeBo pause until an Admin adds a pack or the period resets.
Voice (when enabled)
Some firms can talk to BeeBo by voice (English, Hindi, or Malayalam) when realtime voice is enabled for the firm. Voice uses the same Confirm rules for writes and still consumes credits. Prefer the typed widget if voice is not offered in your firm’s BeeBo settings.
