Drawing list templates

If every villa or every school starts with the same sheets, do not type them again. A template is a list of drawing items — title, category, phase, section, optional hours — that you clone when you create a project.

Build the template

Firm settings → Drawing templates. Add items one at a time, or start from the standard list. Drag the handle to reorder rows before you save.

Use it on a new job

When you click New project, pick the template to pre-populate Work. You can still add, remove, or reassign drawings after clone from the Work tab (+ Add work).

Keep templates lean. A bloated default list becomes fifty empty Not Started rows nobody owns.
