Logging time

Time in Beech is logged on the task, not in a separate timesheet app. Those entries roll up to your week, the project, and the manager view.

On a task

Open a drawing or general task. Under Time logged, click + Log time. Date defaults to today (past allowed, future not). Hours are decimal — 2.5 is two hours thirty minutes, and the helper text spells that out. An optional note is for what you actually did.

You can log more than once on the same day. Edit or delete your own entries only. The task shows a running total.

My Hours and Team Hours

Profile menu → My Hours is your week: daily bars, entries by day and project, a project strip. Managers and Admins also get Team Hours under More — who logged what this week.

Task size on a drawing or general task is for planning load in a sprint — how heavy the work is compared with a typical sheet. Logged hours are what actually happened. They are not required to match.
