Messages and project Chat
Beech chat keeps coordination inside the firm and next to the work — not in a parallel WhatsApp group that nobody can search later.
Two places
- Messages (inbox icon /
/messages) — DMs and firm-wide groups. - Project → Chat — General room for every project member, plus optional project groups.
Link work and Vault
Attach from Vault, link a drawing or task, or use Discuss in chat from a work panel. File uploads stay private to the conversation until you Save to Vault.
Threads, pins, promote
Reply opens a thread drawer. Pin decisions so they stay visible. Promote a message into a task or meeting log when the chat becomes real work — Beech keeps a link chip on the message.
