Using the project Work tab

Open a project and stay on Work. That is drawings, general tasks, vendor coordination, and reviews for this job — grouped the way your firm sections a set.

Sections

Rows sit in drawing sections (Survey, Floor Plans, Electrical, and whatever you configured). Each section shows a completion count such as 2/5 and can collapse. Configure names and order in Firm settings → Drawing Sections.

Add and bulk-edit

+ Add work opens one dialog: pick Drawing, General, or Vendor, then fill in the details. Drawings take title, section, assignee, category, phase, and optional due date. A Kanban task is created in sync. Review is not a work type — send an existing drawing for review from the task panel or the board.

Print drawings on the Work tab makes a PDF grouped by section for site meetings or handover. To update several tasks at once, use Multi-select on the Workspace Kanban board. There is no CSV drawing import and no checkbox bulk bar on the Work tab.

Reviews for this project also appear on Work. You do not need a separate Reviews page.
