Site visits and MOMs

The Log tab is the chronological record of the job. A site visit is a formal MOM: attendees, categorised discussion, decisions, and actions — with a number like MOM-RV01-003. It is built to be used on a phone from site.

Log the visit

On the project Log tab, click + Log site visit. Title, date, venue, purpose, attendees (search the firm or type an external name and company), then discussion points by category (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, General, or custom). Each point is Action, Decision, Info, or Notes. Attach compressed photos if you have them.

Turn actions into tasks

Expand the visit and click → Create task on an Action point. A form opens pre-filled; check assignee, due date, and priority. The point then shows a Task created badge. Create all remaining tasks batches every leftover Action in one step.

Decisions and Info stay on the MOM. Only Action points become tasks — that keeps the board from filling with notes.
