Blocked is not a mood. Beech sets it when something upstream is unfinished — another drawing, or a vendor request that has not been delivered. Open the drawing to see what it is waiting on.

What Beech does

• Marks the drawing Blocked and moves the linked task to the Blocked column.
• Shows it on Home and the project Work tab.
• Shows downstream impact, such as how many drawings it is holding up.

When it clears

When the upstream drawing reaches Approved, or the vendor request reaches Delivered, Beech unblocks the downstream drawing, moves the task back to In Progress, and notifies the assignee. Chains can be several hops long — a construction sheet waiting on structure waiting on a consultant will clear in sequence.
